[Wrist Ankylosis]

Does anyone know if Wrist Ankylosis would change while ROM stayed the same?

I am in the same boat and they only went back to the latest C & P. Now I have to fight for earlier effective date.

[How Long Does A Nod Take?]

I've had a NOD that took 18 months then had to file form 9. Then 1 1/2 years at BVA just to get a remand. This is at the Des Moines, IA RO. All this goes back to 2008.

[Ssoc Question]

This is my first post here, but have read alot. I was recently granted an increase for a wrist injury, but dont agree with the current effective date. The SSOC I recieved gve an effective date of this year and not back dated to the original claim date. What is the next step?
