Retired Sailor

Anyone have their C&P medical exam lost or not submitted by the VA hospital? After I retired I took a job in Afghanistan because I couldnt find work in the US. So I keep checking eBenifits and sent emails when after thee months it was showing that my exams were not posted by the VA facility that did them. The email answers were that I did the exams but the regional office (Lebanon, PA) had not uploaded them into the VA system. They sugested I ask them. (Why is this my responswibility?) I finnally find a nubmer to call Lebanon's C&P and the mans responce was "How do you plan on completing this from Afghanistan?" I then informed him that I completed my exam on October 4th, 2012 and it is now mid February and no action has occured. He looks it up and now understands the problem and said he would look into it. I asked if he could email when he fixed it. He said that he talks to too many people and it would be best if I call him back. Of course no one answers the phone when I do. Fast forward to now. I see that my case has gone from the "gathering evidence" stage back to the intitial review. They also switch me from the Philadelphia office the the Winston Salem office. I live in PA and have not changed my address. Can anyon make anu sence of this? This seems like they failed and they are trying to cover their rears.
