I have evidence to support my claim from the VA my two doctors who treated me for several years and the CNP doctor who saw me in 2012 AND WROTE IT IS AT least as likely as not that my primary condition has a nexus to my secondary condition and the Claims board denied based on one doctor who did a CNP on me and 2009 and basicaly said I was a liar, please help me least likely as not should go in my favor i am waiting on the DRO now then if that does not work i will appeal it further.

I am ten percent for a skin condition foliculitus this was on my face, I have gotten simmelar skin problems along with boils under my arms, back, head neck and legs the sides of my body have permant scars and discoleration. also my face has not gotten better they treated me with hydrocortizone and i have gotten worse my skin thinner on my face and discolored due to the hydrocortizone and the skin condition. I have applied for and upgrade and i am saying the skin condition on my face and the one on my body are related due to chronuc dermititus and help please or opinions.

I appealed a desciion on a claim for benefits where i was givne 0 perecent for a scar in march of 2004 the CNP was donw in march of 2012, they gave me an upgrade but said it was new evidence that did not exist prior although my claim appeal was based on the new evidence being there in 2004 that they miss it. So i appead there descision and stated that my pay be retroactive to 2004 what are my chances?
