About 9 years ago the VA Regional office in Tampa sent a bill to the IRS for me getting a Comp and Pen exam. They tried charging me for a free VA exam. I had moved to another state and told them I won my appeal as well for my service connected condition. I told them to take care of it within 2 weeks or I am suing them. They took care of it.
