Harleyman My original initial AO Presumptive single contention was filed online using the VA 21-526EZ thru the mysterious Pinto MD Fast Track system and as mentioned my claim was finally approved and closed with 100% disability compensation awarded. The present Open claim was not filed by me and have no clue as to who or why it was filed. Hence my original post above. Have never used E-Benefits other than to check monthly VA compensation payments which is how I happened to see that someone had opened a new claim for me. Actually, anyone who used the Pinto MD Fast Track system had no way to enter E-Benefits because it did not exist for us at that time.

AO claim approved. 100%. No other disability compensation claimed by me. Exactly one month after initial claim approved and closed, another open claim was shown as filed on E-benefits. CLAIM TYPE: Compensation..........STATUS: Under Review.........ESTIMATED CLAIM COMPLETION DATE: July 2014. IRIS does not appear to answer requests for information. Anyone have an idea of what this could be ? Perhaps an error by some overworked VA employee? Any info appreciated.
