Just to add, I am not saying that to sound like a wise guy......the DAV has reps in or near every major RO.
They can certainly show up at a DRO review. Mine did in 2005.
However that does not mean they will fully be able to influence the DRO that the decision you got was wrong or lacking in something VA should have done. That means they will have the decision you appealed, and might be able to provide some evidence in their DAV file on your claim , to prove your point.
I think there is more to this situation than we know.
I was thinking as evidence you can show them any payments you have received for any work you have done since the award,showing you are employable,which is what you seem to want to be, but then again
if you made over the GNP income level, since they awarded you comp, they could take away your TDIU---if you get TDIU now ...but I am not sure what type of comp you actually get.
