I was granted a 70 percent sc for ptsd. The doc that did my c&p exam claimed I was incompatant to handle my finances. I just talked with the field examiner and he said that he is purposeing I be in the Supervised Direct Pay program im trying to figure out what that means and also how long it normally takes for the back pay that the va owes me to be released to me.if anyone has any Un advice that would help please let me know through email or here on this forum.
