I have a sc for cad @ 100% due to AO have had this temp rating for over 12 years and the varo started trying to reduce me since february of this year. I am now 68 years old and have other sc disabilities that i have just put in for increases. So far i have had one C&P examine by a NP took 10 min and now they sent a letter that states they are proposing to reduce me to 30% from 100%. I asked for a hearing at the varo a couple weeks ago. Man this is stressful, going to see my heart Dr for an evaluation and Nuclear med stress test next week. good luck to you

do you think I should do the nod on my age and over 10yrs or just a blank NOD thank you for your input and wait for the SOC to write my appeal ?

ok RO review of my CAD now waiting on decision

thanks was told in 2005 I was PT with no future examines in a letter from the RO to get my ID card from the AFB in Dayton ohio well I will call my VSO when I get home from az. again thanks good test.

my story 100% sc for CAD from 2002 had one C&P 3 mos after CABG and again 9mos now I am called in for c&p and took it on the 27th this month my problem is I never filed for an increase and the examiner said I did can any body help me one benefits it states that I filed a claim in 2012 ?
