Krempajs

I was able to get the VA to award me 60% for psoriasis which was an increase from 10%. This combined with my other ratings would take me to over 100% however, the VA only assigned me a partial award of 30% for payment purposes which brought me up to 80%. In the decision it states "since there is a likelihood of improvement, the assigned evaluation is not considered permanent and is subject to future examination." I noticed on eBenefits site that I am scheduled for a re-evaluation in 5 years. That's a long waiting period in my eyes. Has anyone ever appealed this type decision in the past and won?
