Mine has said that for 3 months now.
What that means is that they set an arbitrary "what we hope to complete it by date" and when its not reached it shows "documents past due".
These are not anything that are due from you. if you click the date it brings up that specific "claim" and it would show if they needed anything from you. its a records request the only thing required from you in that is to request it. if they didnt have that they wouldnt have it up on ebenefits. Your part is done. its on them.+
