you should be able to view the C&P exam once the decision is made and sent.


I would recommend to you since you are new and sounds like new to the VA that once you get your C File once all the decisions are made and you are done for the time being with no appeals, etc.

I wish someone had told me earlier in my VA time to get my C File....takes a long while to get and better to start that process now and have it vs when you need it now but are looking at months or years to get it.
