Like the title states I just had a yearly re-eval which I hate with every grain in my soul. And have lost weight over the stress this crap does, but to get to the point the doc let me know she had no documents or records since my last eval. What do I need to do to get these dirty rats my records? Is there an easy way to do this or should I just wait to see outcome first. A years worth of records is not being reviewed this is b.s. Also it was done by QTC how do I get a record of the exam from them? My attention span is short and it makes it hard to concentrate and read some of these very use full articles but I am working on helping myself and gaining what I can from this great site. thanks
