Thank you. Iam so thankful I found this site today. I am new to the process, having been originally denied in 2003, I refiled last November and VA reopened the 2003 claim. Got a boilerplate denial in April of this year (not one of the four reasons for denial are true) and have now filed the NOD. Will be searching the site for guidance on a successful appeal.
