Yes I can look at the ab8 letter. It shows my percent and effective date of April 1, 2005. It shows no amount on monthly payment.

Claim completed on May 29th. As of July 31st I still have not received the BBE in the mail. Does it normally take this long. I have contacted 1 800 number several times and always get told to give it another week. Any advice on this.

Thanks. I have been waiting since May 29th for my ab8 letter to update or get my envelope in the mail. My claim was closed and still have received nothing from them other than the decision rating. Nothing on pay or when it may start. -
Anyone know what the error code for va letters saying unable to generate letters. Call 1 800 number and tell them service exception

Update: I received a call from my RO this week. She said my claim was sent to a coach. Any ideas on how long it may take before I receive any updates.

yes that's all they would tell me is that it wasn't generated I would assume that it normally does not take months to do I asked if there was someone to speak to about it and all they could do was put an inquiry in the system. First I was told to wait 7 days for it then told 30 days Now its wait til July 11th

Not sure. I have never received anything from anyone how can I find that out?

I have called the nearest office. I was told it would be assigned to someone for them to look into it. Have not heard back from them yet. I have checked the letters on ebenfits. It did change (5-30-2015) when it was completed showing 10% effective April 1 2005. As far as the reward it stayed at $0 the people at the 1 800 number seem puzzled about it when I call and say a letter hasn't been generated yet and they have no clue why

Wondering if anyone could give any advice. My disability claim was completed on May 29th according to ebenefits. I still have not received anything in the mail. After calling the 1 800 number they cant tell me anything other than sending in an inquiry and I should hear something within 30 days over a month later and still nothing
