  1. Thanks everyone. My next question is, I was awarded to 40% for testicular issues. Will I get the retro and new rating soon? Or do I have to wait due to the PTSD stuff under remand? Thanks again!
  2. Ok, my DAV representative in DC, which is in the higher rankings, just sent me my decision via email. Looks like my testicular issues was awarded 10 percent, and as of 2015, it has been awarded 40 percent! The issue that was remanded was my PTSD. I was diagnosed in the military with anxiety and depression, but denied it for a rating. I filed for PTSD in 2014 with a SC of 70%. The appeal was for a backdate to my original appeal in 2009. It says in the decision that another C&P exam is requested and if I had any further information! Looks like this was pretty successful!
  3. Ok. I appreciate it. The original RO rated me at 0& for SC on testicle issues. I had filled for an increase. Is it better that it goes to the VARO or AMC? For time purposes and chances of "winning" ?
  4. I had several C&P regarding a hydrocelectomy, chronic epidimytis, and ED problems. With all C&P exams, all were in my favor. I've had several of these done from 2009 when I filled my original claim, until recently in 2015 when I was continuing to have debilitating pain. I was originally rated at 0%, but had asked for an increase in the Appeal. I feel pretty bummed. Does it go to AMC or does it go back to the RO?
  5. Hi All, This morning, ebenefits was pending decision dispatch. Now it says this: 12/17/2015Remanded AppealYour appeal has been sent back for further development by the Board to the Appeals Management Center or to the office that made the original decision on your case.Does anyone know what this entails? Is this bad? Any info would be appreciated.
  6. Hi Everyone, Just looked again this morning. Same post, just with today's date change. I am guessing they are still working on wrapping this up? Nothing in my letters and my disability has not changed on the disability section. I'll keep hoping and praying.
  7. Ok. Since it just changed this evening to pending dispatch, nothing has changed in the letter section yet. I'll be checking tomorrow. I shouldn't be worried, should I?
  8. I sure hope it's positive. I looked this morning with no change. I decided to look this evening and it had changed! Texas Marine: I've seen benefit letters take up to a few days to show up. Is that similar from what you've heard as it pertains to appeals? Thanks for the support and I got your PM :)
  9. OK EVERYONE! Got this today, after date changes multiple times this week. Pending Case DispatchThis indicates that a Veterans Law Judge has made a decision on your appeal, and that final administrative steps are being taken by the Board to ensure that you (and your representative, if any) are mailed a copy of the decision.
  10. I guess we shall see. It's hard not to look at ebenefits everyday, or even more than once a day!
  11. I highly recommend the DAV. I happened to be very fortunate that someone at the DAV in DC was watching out for me and found my file, about to be thrown out. I am very thankful for them. I'm waiting now to see what happens with my appeal. A VLJ has it, dates have changed 5 times now, hope it's close.
  12. not sure if you saw my latest post. I received another date change within a week. That's 4 or 5 date changes now :)
  13. Minus all the appropriate sarcasm, once BVA decides the appeal, does it really take a year for back pay and current amount changed to the proper percentage?
  14. Mine was at the BVA since 2012. After a phone call to the DAV in Washington DC, my file started moving in 2015. In the last six weeks, a VLJ has had it, and the date has changed I believe to the 5th different date now.
  15. Got another date change today. That's 2, within a week. Is this getting closer??!?
  16. Oh ok. I hope mine is pipelined through! I'm hoping and praying that the VLJ wants to clear mine off the docket before January 1st(not counting on it). I figure, with a 2009 docket number, I'd be up there on the priority list.
  17. thank you for the detailed quick response! 3 date changes is pretty good, in about a month timeframe. My case has a 2009 docket number as well. Couls you explain what the "administrative action pending" is? If everything stays on track, the next action should be pending decision notification? Thanks again, SecurityForces03
  18. Hi Everyone, Long time lurker, first post. I recently received a call from the DAV in Washington DC. A gentleman explained to me that he submitted my arguement to the BVA on Novemeber 3, 2015. Go back to 2009, that is when the BVA received my appeal. For now, my case has been assigned to a veteran law judge and has had 3 date changes between November 3 and Dec 10. Is this a good thing? Haven't seen a whole lot of info on this specific part of the appeal. Thanks, SecFo03
