New to the site and probably not in the right discussion. Have a question regarding my C-File, I sent letter to my RO in Detroit certified Mail Return Receipt Requested ob the 12 Nov 2015, didn't hear anything in the 20 business days so I sent CMRR to Counsel Generals Office 14 December 2015, never received receipt back back letter indicating that they had passed it on to another office in Washington, Well this is 4 February and I haven't heard a darn thing from anyone one and I would like my file so I can go over it before submitting my NOD on denial of benefits. Has anyone have a direction that I should take now? Maybe my Congressional people from my area. Thanks Olddog41 SSG E-6 Army
