  1. I have recently placed a claim for bladder cancer where I had my bladder removed.  I have stoma and bag that collect urine.  I have plenty of data from military and civilian doctors who state it is likely from Gulf War service.   For some reason VA is pushing back on %.  Anyone have any experience on what code and % used to determine compensation for the stoma and loss of bladder?

  2. On the subject of 100%.  So can you be "permanently and totally disabled" (for Chapter 35) at 100% and still be able to work?  While I expect my 90% to be bumped up to 100% once the deferred ailments are approved I feel I can still work.  I mean maybe not physical work like when I was younger, but certainly, most of my mind is in tact.  I still have to put one kid through school, and I would like to go back to school.
