[Bladder cancer ( Camp Lejeune }]

I am currently receiving 100 % disability for recurring bladder cancer. I haven't had any cancer the past nine months . I have a C&P exam coming up . It will show no new cancer. The Urologist told me with my history the cancer is likely to return sooner rather than later. Does the V.A. take into count my history when they make a decision ?

I have a somewhat similar question. On e-bennies it has my claim listed twice. When I uploaded both of them one says estimated completion 2020 to 2024. The other one has been consistent for two years. Estimated completion date 7/17/2017. Anyone know what this means?

I have been waiting a year for a decision on my claim. Never in 13 months did I get a letter from the V.A. I feel hurt and ignored. I guess I am unloved!

I have a claim in for the Camp Lejeune water contamination problems. I just noticed that another if my health issues is relevent to the contamination.If I submit an additional claim will this significantly slow down the process? I have been told by a DAV rep that it will take two years to decide my original claim.

When I go to check on the status of my claim I notice when I click upload documents in the lower left corner are four" assignment requested".Does that mean that four times they have tried to reach an evaluator of claims ?
