I am currently receiving 100 % disability for recurring bladder cancer. I haven't had any cancer the past nine months . I have a C&P exam coming up . It will show no new cancer. The Urologist told me with my history the cancer is likely to return sooner rather than later. Does the V.A. take into count my history when they make a decision ? Thanks , Blaise

The " GEEK SQUAD " insisted on trying " to fix it " after 3 hours and backing up the line of people waiting for …

I am a medically retired Marine with 15.5 years. I was retired in 2006. I was under the impression that you had to have done 20 years in order to be eligible or meet a portion of the criteria for CRSC. I am 100% total and permanent. I was rewarded 30% for knee injury by Medical Evaluation Board and retired, due to an injury simulating war games. Questions: Upon filling out the claim do I file for just the 30% for my knee, or do I include all of the things (PTSD and Depression) secon…
