Temp 100% Convalescent Pay After A Surgery

It is because you have to wait past 30 days. You do not get the 100 percent temporary rating till you have completed the first 30 days of recovery, then you are eligiblenjoying for the 100 percent rating. Same issue I dealt with my first back surgery in 2004. Second surgery will be in 30 days.
