  1. Thank you all for the responses. My heart health records are with a civilian cardiologist so I will have to gather them. I'm not really looking for an increase in monetary gain but whether if it's in my best interest to file. Since my retirement the local VA clinic is my primary doctor but I kept my civilian cardiologist. Thank you all again, Peggy

  3. Hello everyone, Just a quick question. I'm retired (March 2017) Army with 27 years, I'm also 100% P&T for Pulmonary Hypertension. I have a few other ratings, including my mitral heart valve condition rated at 10%. I'm now in need of a valve replacement. Should I file a new claim for the heart valve condition or just leave well enough alone. Thank You, Peggy
