Thank you -feedback helped me a lot. filed a timely NOD- made appt to get IME with ortho specialist. couldn't get appt before the NOD had to get in they only gave me 60 days. . VA did not send proposal to reduce so included this in NOD. They also printed the reduction decision on back of a spouse notification (spouse notification was dated 4 days later) will keep you posted really appreciate the feedback.

I submitted paperwork to VA to notify of dependent - and at same filed appeal on claim decision from previous year. I called VA a week ago and was that they only process one claim at a time, and since I filed TDUI and an on the original claim decision (decision received in 2017), I needed to wait to receive response until the TDUI was processed expected in Feb/Mar 2019. Is that true? Why wouldn't dependent issue just be processed separately - it was sent to VA in July 2018.
Thank you.

Hi, I reviewed forums and blogs for help on IMO.......and it seems there are only 2 names appearing - Dr. Bash and Dr. Anaise for IMOs. Postings seem to be from a few years ago. Any other suggestions/recommendations? Thanks
Appraisal - VA Cash Out Loan - Ideas?

HI, I was in process of seeking a new VA loan to make needed repairs on my home that I live (purchased 8 years ago VA-Loan). VA Appraiser came out last week. Banker called today to advise that the VA Appraiser had indicated problems with home (stairs and siding). Banker stated these were "cosmetic" Loan proceeds were to be used for these repairs. Is there any remedy in this process for Veteran when appraiser report has these kinds of findings? Have not received a copy of the appraisal yet - banker indicates we must make repairs or loan will not proceed due to these findings. Thank you for reviewing.
