I am 50% service connected for bilateral pes planus & 10% lateral collateral ligament strain (L) ankle; but they denied both knees stating knee condition has not been clinically diagnosed!?* My VA records shows torn meniscus (both knees), DOJ & Osteoporosis. Filed a "reconsideration" with private dr listing all conditions & stating more likely than not my knees where service related, along with buddy letter for a Retired Master Sergeant, again both knees DENIED. QUESTION: I have been reading up on secondary claims & was wondering if any of you have every file a 2nd claim on knees with Bilateral Pes Planus as your service connected disability? If so, any words of advise?
