Had a claim go to historical status on October 18 that I was awarded 10% for right thumb and 10% for right index finger. On October 10 had a new claim submitted by the VA, I assume for a review due to hospitalization for SI & HI. The claim that went to historical I haven't received back pay or increase, but it shows in ebenefits. I'm confused as to why the 1st claim was closed with no pay, yet... And the new claim was done without my knowledge and is already in pending decision status after only being 2 weeks old. Can anyone help me understand? Ty, Tbucket
