I have developed Neurogenic bladder form salvage radiation, I have to wear pads and also use a penis clamp when doing something exerting. I am thinking about filing for an increase in compensation.

I had Prostate removed Oct. 2012, salvage radiation because of rising PSA in March 2014. My rating now is 40% for based on wearing absorbent materials which must be changed two to four times a day. My incontinence has gotten worse for the last couple of years so now I am thinking of asking for an increase in my compensation. About a year ago my Urologist said the wasn't any thing he could do for me, but artificial spinster. I didn't want to go hat route. Any tips on getting this done.
