Need help with VA Form 21-674 (School Attendance)

Hello, I am new to this VA Benefit since I only have 1 child to deal with. He has graduated High School and will be going to college middle of August and I already got approved for the Chapter 35 benefits but now I got this mail from the VA saying my son turns 18 in Sept and if he is still eligible (i.e. going to school) to complete the 21-674-c form. Not sure what to do. Do I still get the add on money to my monthly VA disability check for my son even though I will be getting the Chapter 35 money for him? Is there a good number to call the VA to ask questions such as how to fill out 7-9 on that form? Thanks for any help...
