I was hoping someone in this group could lead me to a veteran friendly orth Dr who would fill out a dbq form for my knee claim, that I have re-opened. I reside in myrtle beach s.c. area, and have had no cooperation with Drs as yet. Thank you.

I was hoping some one could help me find a Dr. Who would fill out my dbq form for my injured r/ knee, which I have re-opened a claim for. My problem is no Dr in myrtle beach area will complete the form, anyone have a recommendation. Ty!
