Hello im new here but I have a question regarding ulcerative colitis. I was recently diagnosed due to horrific stomach bleeding well on active duty i was diagnosed with peptic ulcer disease, duodenal ulcer, and h-pylori. I did my disability claim in 2008 and was given 30%. 20 for my stomach and 10 for an ankle injury. So after a few years my 20% was taken away for the reason my stomach should be better. Well it wasnt it was worse than ever. My question is do I appeal the rating for my stomach or do i reapply for a new issue?? Also i have to claim my ptsd, mst, and osteoarthritis in my spine and knees. Also i was given tons of pain medication and ai chose to get off and put on the suboxone program which ruined my teeth, can i file a claim for dental also??
