  1. Here is the decision I received that I believe is a CUE: After reviewing the evidence we are unable to grant service connection for Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) due to Military Sexual Trauma (MST) because the claimed stressor occurred during your Other Than Honorable period of service. (38 CFR 3.12). Since the claimed stressor in which the Medical examiner linked your current diagnosis of PTSD due to MST, incurred in your Other Than Honorable period of service, a grant of service connection is not warranted. (38CFR 3.12)

  3. Though a nexus was established by my C&P exam, my claim was recently denied because they said the stressor occurred in my dishonorable period of service. I just filed an appeal, because, as i had stated since i first filed the claim over 10 years ago, that the stressor occurred during my first enlistment, which ended honorably. Is this an example of a "clear unmistakeable error"?
