I am in Mexico and need to send evidence to the intake center ASAP via express mail. (The regular mail here is very, very slow). Fed ex tells me they cannot send anything to a PO box number-only a "physical address." Is there another address I can mail the evidence to? Also, I cannot call toll-free numbers from Mexico. Is there a local number-a non-toll-free number I can call? Richard Williams
