Question, I am 50%. 20% for left shoulder. I just got a increase for my right shoulder from 20% to 30%. During the c&p exam NP did range of motion on my left shoulder. Said it was bad as the right shoulder. I haven’t put a increase for my left shoulder. Since this is in my records with shoulder problems, should I get a DBQ for my left shoulder or just file for increase.
