I am submitting a re-rating and my VA doctor and they are working on a DBQ at my request. I've noticed the recent changes with the public removal of DBQ's on the VA Site the last couple months and don't understand if it will have any impact on my situation. I have read that DBQ's are still used by comp and pen, will they be of any benefit to me?
