RetiredNavy It means you got a bump in the road. They found something in your claim that wasn't done right, like failure to assist or maybe the c&P exam was incomplete or something. It means to you that it will take a lot longer to get a new decision. It isn't necessarily bad, but there will be weeks added to your timeline.
