O.K., Was Stationed on the LTA from mid 1968 to May 1970; MAG 56, 3rd Marine Air Wing; My MOS 3057. I will attest to the Fact that We buried a LOT of; Contaminants, Hydrocarbons, Spent Fuels, INTO the Sub soils in areas which now are covered by some pricy upper middle income housing ( from my small research.) NO WAY that water table is NOT contaminated regardless of the probably forged report necessary to get this Housing BUILT! BIG $$$ HUGE Investment for CA... Michael P. Oliver 1966-1970

Slow down Grandpa, you've got at least a decade to go yet. LOL (Maybe!) 75% of Appeals at the CAVC (The Court) are in fact Remanded; some Joint some not. The BVA will most probably in about Sixty days, forward direction for Your C-File to go "down below" to Regional or such; which technically allows "evidence"; from "missing file" or whatever, PLUS You "may" have that Evidence Window open!?? To Submit anything new or material NOT in your record. FYI; The BVA has Two Years; see " 16 to 29 months' online their website; va.gov/ benefits etc..I'm 74, my Appeal is two times in length than your's; 14 v/s 7.
