I am a child of a retired veteran. I had the hopes of moving out and was informed by my guardian that I would lose the eligibility of the guaranteed 4 free years of college. My question is, am I required to live in my parent's residency in order to remain eligible for the benefits specified under Chapter 35 DEA?
