  1. Thursday Nov 17 they call me to set my appointment for various conditions Monday the 21. They call me 3 more times that night including twice at 12:30am, call 3 more times and text 5 times friday. I hit Y to confirm the first time text didn't stop. They call me again Saturday and Sunday as well as text. Get to my appointment. QTC sent my doctor the wrong DBQs. For iliohypogastric nerve they sent stomach DBQ for spermatic chord injury they sent a hip DBQ. Those 2 were kicked back by Dr until he got the right paperwork. After two days on the phone with the VA and QTC I was told they were going to correct it and I wouldn't have to go back for another exam as Dr had all my paperwork. Wednesday the 23 I get another phone for a telephone appointment for another condition. Im told that is the last one. Friday Dec 2nd I get another call from QTC saying I have to go in for another appointment as they have the right paperwork now. Tell them I was told I didn't have to go in again as Dr has all my paperwork. Woman says they need to do bloodwork and stomach. I tell her again bloodwork and stomach was the WRONG DBQ the Dr said so himself. The QTC woman threatens me and says Well I'll just send your paperwork back to the VA and you'll be denied. All day I make phone calls again to straighten it out. My veterans rep being completely useless through all this says he can't help at all. Appointment made for hopefully last thing Monday Dec 5 Go to said appointment today.now they send a cranial DBQ for iliohypogastric nerve instead of groin. Dr kicks it back again. So guess what? Looks like I'll be going back to QTC for a third time this has been a nightmare Why are these people so incompetent?
