Hi Tom, You do receive extra benefits at 50%. I'm not sure of them all, but I know free healthcare for non-service connected injuries (in addition to service connected of course) is one of them. The downside is you have to use the VA's healthcare. You can also apply for vocational rehab at, I think, 20%.
