When I said heart blockage I meant Ejection Fraction. I forgot forgot the words to use. My METS was 8.3. But it stated clearly that my left ventricular with a ejection fraction of 50.

Bertha my c&p exam was for CAD secondary to high blood pressure an I was awarded 10%. But the left side of my heart had a 50% blockage from my hearth cath. I had the heart cath done at a heart specialist and all of the paper work was sent in. But the VA said from their EKG that I probably had a 61% blockage. I just don't understand how they can do that when they have my heart cath. test. Thanks

I had a heart cath. done outside the VA and I had 50% blockage. Went to my c&p exam the PA and I didn't even talk about my heart. I got my decision letter back and the VA said I had 61% heart blockage after reading their ekg. What should I do.
Thanks

I know that my claim has been to the rating board and to the review board. When I called today the VA told me it was being authorized. I was just wondering what does that mean.
