This is a great sight. I put in "appeals" and "deadlines" and got 256 different court of veterans appeals cases about late filigs. I have put in many terms and the results are always informative. In this case I found out that if your appeal is filed late, you can get around the filing date if you can show that the late filing was directly due to a mental disorder or or to being tricked or misled by an agent of the VA.

I have documents proving fraud as well as a conspiracy to commit fraud. I had these documents a local news station in Indianapolis as well as a local station in Eugenen, Or.. I have also talked to people at FOX and MSNBC and nobody would touch the subject. The best explaination I got was this: If the records th VA produces are dishonest and you hae years of such dishonest documentation, then the only documents the news could get would not necessarily be accurate and the time it would take to get to the truth is not financialy worth it to the powers that be. To make a long story short it's like this, if you lost your life, a limb, your mind, or a loved one, it is not profitable for anyone to put it on TV. What was about patriotism to you is about profit to others and if it wasn't for veterans helping veterans, there would be no help at all. I do not want to step out of line here but afer fighting this system since 1989, after losing my house and my children, after having my family tur there backs on me because they believed the VA. I have come to the conclusion that a country hat treats it's veterans this way and a socety that allows this to happen, deserves niether it's veterans or the protection they provide. I beleve disabled/disgruntled veterans should start marching for there rights. Organize and make the news pay attention. I hope this does not offend anybody but in truth, I have been offended for years. I consider myself an American, wondering where America went.
