C&p For Ptsd
in Veterans Compensation & Pension Exams

I had my C&P done back in October 2009. My initial claim was put in in september 2008. I was granted 30% for my muscular skeletal and my hearing issues.... My PTSD C&P was done in October 2009. I have a copy of it and it is Reading like it meets the 70% criteria.
my question is this..... does the VA really follow the Mental health SC percentage stuff.
