I am currently rated 20% left knee. and after having my 4 surgery in the mri it said I had major Chondromalacia in both bones in the knee.can I file for Chondra secondery and get a second rating or will this count towards the knee disability?

I filed for temp on sep of 2010 for my 4 knee surgery and still have not got a decision. thats 10 months and is the only thing I have pending.mine is the St Louis Reginal
