I'll try to post this again. I had recently experienced having my designated DAV representative somehow mysteriously deleted and replaced with representation through NYS. Since my DRO appeal review is nearly coming to a determination, something really odd with this as it has happened twice within the last six months. I don't get it. Once again today I signed to have the DAV act as representative. Any thoughts?

Hi. I have an appeal in process through the DRO. Twice now, through my own followups I caught the " system" twice where mysteriously someone had changed my representation from the DAV to NYS. How the heck does this happen and is it somehow a tactic to delay claims notification to the correct representation ? I have appealed for a rating increase and the DRO is waiting on my medical records from the SSA as well as income verification DVA in Philadelphia. Any thoughts?
