Just got back from Manila where I had a C&P for IVDS. Saw a young Internist, the same one that Patrick O'Donovan saw some months back.
He failed to do some of the things required in an IVDS C&P, since the only equipment he had was a goniometer.
He tried, and at least I got some of what I wanted. I was after a new EMG/NCV and MRI for the whole spine, as my problems now seem to be linked more to demyelination and nerve root compression, than osteoarthritis.
What I have is EMG/NCV and MRI for the lumbar spine. Since it is between 2 and 3 years since these tests were last done, I am anticipating that they will show significant deterioration.
The EMG/NCV is scheduled, but they are having a hard time finding anywhere with a large enough MRI capacity, since I have put on weight since my last MRI.
