mountain tyme
Hello Di PI... Manitou Sprgs gave good advice...I had my s/c disability increased when my doctor wrote a letter detailing my limitation as to work, social, family ect...and based it on the VA criteria...and if you are not working and the reason for it is due to your s/c disability they should grant UI...have you applied for SSD based on your PTSD? hope the information helps MT
spike
Nobody liked my advice...geesh. I think it still would work... But just personally not professionally recommended. Anyways, for an increase in PTSD you should be seeing your LCSWR on a regular basis. Explain to them you think you are worse and why. Make a documented trail of your issues. It provides more weight than your PTSD eval. -Spike- Vet Advocate --------------
