Platelet count between 20,000 and 70,000, not requiring treatment, without bleeding70

Stable platelet count between 70,000 and 100,000, without bleeding30

Stable platelet count of 100,000 or more, without bleeding 0

I requested to move from the 30% to 70% because my platlets dipped to 60,000 . They have been up to 90,000 and down to 60,000 in the past

year I contend That is not stable as in to bottom 2 levels. I was denied because they were at 78,000 Should this make a differance?I feel I should be intitled to 70%.

I am cronic from cirrosis, and splemagaly. My platelets have been decilining for several years. I was given the 30% for having platelets under 100,000.I was denied recently for an increase.but my request is based on a gradual decline. Also the words stable for 70,000 - 100,000, and stable for 100,000+. mine are not stable , so that makes me feel the way I do.
