ptsd Tdiu Perminent And Total

I got a decision from VA of 80% combined with payments of 100% TDIU but not permanent and total. I can't get medical for my wife under chamv and they scheduled me for a c&p exam in August 2009. I am 70%PTSD, 40% hearing and 10% tinnitus, 80% combined. I don't understand why they think I am going to get better. I have been in counseling since 2004 and take meds for anxiety and depression. They always try messing with your head. Please tell me whats going on. Thanks

its a time thing i faced the same thing with same rating.. i finally got PT when I nod and was given it based on 5 years of no notiable imporvement... 5 years you have to wait and with you at 2004 you can figure 2009 or get some VA doctors to try to write on your behalf...
