that is WONDERFUL NEWS about the Blue Water vets-

I found a Thailand win the other day from the BVA web site-

seems the vet sure had the claim put well together-

and Joel -one of our members was threatened as a Blue Water- after they had paid him AO comp for years-

He was set for a hearing-

I actually considered going to it- it was one of the most important claims I ever saw-and did all I could to help him-

they actually dropped the hearing and restored him completely-

Alex- one more thing- Thank you again - in 2003 you had emailed me some info on VA cardiovascular disease criteria-

I was just starting to realise at that time that my husband's heart and stroke problems were potentially due to DMII,which 2 IMOs confirmed-

I am very grateful- you are a great lawyer-

you know for sure - it is the VA's odd MOS on claims- and not at all a lack of ability on your part.
