Its a great fallback for a Veteran who has lost everything. It provides about 927 a month in Income and Medical Care at VA. I am sure that there are a lot of Veterans who do not know about it.

Its also a bit of a safety net for Veterans who do not have a lot of Social Security or other income after they reach 65. The VA will automatically give it to a Veteran who reaches 65 and will offset income so it pretty much at elast guarantees that a Veteran will have at least a minimal income.

Veterans deserve real choice for their health care.

It can make the difference between homeless and not homeless for many vets and their families.
