Dro Decision Rendered On My Claim

Question

Either the VA doc concurred with my 2 IMOS and overwhelming medical evidence or the VA invented a brand new disease that one sole American veteran named Rod Simmons had (making medical history) and they denied due to this brand new disease- I dont have a clue what to expect-

but I am fully prepared to fight a denial.

VA said it is on the VSO desk for my VARO vet rep to read and sign off on.

He is busy with the problem that other vet had - (posted under vet rep problem)

which certainly has more priority than my decision.

I lost a lot of sleep last night over what happened to this veteran-

he has a bonafide probative claim-it should generate 100% award -

just found out his claim problem might be much worse than I thought-

Some of these vet reps need more accountability and maybe more complaints should be going to their bosses-

and if they mess up your claim to the extent that you are financially damaged- you can sue them.

Berta,

My heart is so with you in your waiting--I can hardly wait myself to hear how it turns out. The stress of waiting can really tie stomachs in knots.

God bless you.
