Full M21-1 Rewrite Link

Question

You guys may already have this, but I just found it.

It says it's the "full rewrite" (whatever that means) of the M21-1. It includes changes made today. I like how it navigates, and "Ctl F" lets the user find something specific.

Merry Christmas to everyone!

Morgan,

Another great find, tou are doing very well.

I would guess that when they say 'complete rewrite' that it means they are finished. They started on this about a year ago, I guess it should say somewhere in the Federal Register that it is now complete and finished.

Fight the VA as if they are the enemy; for they are!

You guys beat me to this! I was thrilled to see this last night-I could swear yesterday AM I got the old M21-1 and when this came up last night ----it was great---

I like the new format!

And I cannot live without M21-1 or 38 USC or 38 CFR-VA web site, BVA and CAVC-

Do any of you guys remember the days of COVA when you had to call or Fax The court clerk the docket number for a COVA opinion and then get it faxed back? Prior to the Internet?

Everything a claimant needs is often a few clicks away-
